1. For all J2's to have the discipline to manage studies and band!
2. For J1 Band Members to get settled down to JC life and work hard as a new band member
3. For all band members to be blessed with good health as this would be a very hectic year.
4. Every Band Practice will be productive and filled with fun and laughter, peace and joy.
our precious moments..
hey, sorry about the massive uploading of photos of some people you guys (j1s) might not recognise.. was just browsing thru my entire 2years worth of band photos and decided i just spam the blog a bit.. heh heh okay i know, all the unglam faces! but oh-the-sweet-memories!

the thought was really sweet.
i dont mind having block tests every week if this continues.
(but one chapter a week enough ya :D)
time's passing really quickly for the j2s
3 weeks to our last band camp, 7 weeks to syf,
3 months to block test 2 (25 june) :0
5 months to prelims (27 august) :O!
7 months to a's. (29 october) bleh x6.02x10^23.
3 weeks to our last band camp in sajcband,
how much time can we commit each week for ourselves to be ready by then?
considering that already many days are occupied by orientation preparation..
and for the spasmodic sudden influxes of homework. last min deadlines..
i haven't said much..
but i personally think most of us are actually able to work more productively given time constraints.
assuming our level of discipline is there lah. it should already be, right? we shouldn't be procrastinating on studying at this stage just because of tiredness.
anyway what i'm trying to say is, it's possible to stay back often to practice, yet clock in reasonable study hours too. we just have to make full use of breaks, of all our evenings, instead of always rushing home after school.
practice hard doesn't mean compromise study.
i'm just saying this cos it always has been and it still is the same few people always coming down for individuals. but i'm hoping that now bt1s are over, things in our band room on non-official days will change.
last term, i've had enough of having to fret over irresponsibility during sectionals.
over scores going missing, over parts not practiced.
okay, i'm sure it's possible for all our SLs to stay patient for just 7 more weeks.
but for the sake of longevity and in the hope of reducing our hideous eyebags...
i hope more responsibilities can be shared.
please dont slack just because of the existence of stronger players.
JIAYOU, BAND. :D
and all the best for your bt1 results.

SAJC GIRLS MATCH
No laaaa. Not soccer. But really, why let only the guys (other than Debbie) have all the fun? WE GIRLS CAN/SHALL HAVE FUN TOO!
Yupyup, it was a blast, playing Captain's Ball: J2 girls vs J1 girls.
It ain't important.
What's more important is that we all had fun, and bonded with our batch girls! *winks winks*
Oh, and it was interesting to hear our band guys cheer for the girls for once. Like so... Guy lah! "FIRST BLOOD!!!" (in low pitch voice)
PRESENTING: THE J2 GIRLS TEAM! =D
AND... THE J1 GIRLS TEAM!
Briefing of the rules... Nicky so cute la! Smile until sooo happy hur hur.
GAME START! (A teeny weeny bit of the ball can be seen at the top of the picture heh)
Will this score?
In the midst of action!
The guys joining in the fun during the interval. Great entertainment I would say!
The pictures are distorted because of resizing by the way. We aren't usually that out of shape. HAHA.
Before I end off this blog post, I'll say a few words. Heh. ACTION SIA.
Firstly, thanks J2 girls for playing (or not. Support appreciated lah!)! We certainly shared a lot of sweat in this game. Great rapport I would say!
Secondly, thanks J1 girls for having this game with us. Without you girls, today's game would be impossible.
Thirdly, thanks to all the guy supporters watching us(I don't remember any girls there)! Great cheering! =D BUT NEXT TIME CAN COUNT THE SCORE PROPERLY FOR US OR NOT! "40 something-30 something" as an answer doesn't satisfy la when we ask for the scores! HAHA. Can you imagine if it were you guys playing and at the end of it we realise that NO ONE has been tracking the scores?!
Just to end off...
All the best for Block Test 1 J2s!
*CAN WE CHANGE THE PASSWORD OF THIS BLOG? HUH HUH HUH!?!!*
